The Space

Inside, you'll find two living spaces with Smart TVs, reliable WiFi, comfortable and on-trend furniture, and thoughtfully designed areas for your party to gather. Your guests will enjoy two full bathrooms, including the luxurious master ensuite. The light bright kitchen is open to the living room and features an outstanding coffee bar with Keurig and Nespresso machines. The custom cocktail bar, built by the owner, was created just for our valued guests to enjoy a beverage after a day on the course. The second living room/game room has a mid-century vibe with stylish velvet couches and a bright blue pool table. Each of the three bedrooms has new mattresses, fresh linens, and high-end finishes. Let the fun continue outside with corn hole and other yard games, a large grassy area, mini golf, and a great patio with a fireplace where you can spend the cool summer nights under the stars.

The Neighborhood

River Island Country Club features a small neighborhood of beautiful homes lining the golf course. The picturesque Sierra Nevada foothills are the perfect backdrop to all your adventures. House Rules

1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.

2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Pets are not allowed.

3. No unauthorized parties! Please respect The Fairway House as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, mini golf), game room games, and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.

5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If this doesn't sound like a good fit, let us know what you're looking for and we can point you in the right direction. With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!

6. Act like a local! Please don't leave trash outside where it will attract bears and other wild animals. There is a provided trash bin for your convenience. If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the street or others' driveways.
