"Rooms were not clean, also saw baby roaches on my last day here. Cob webs engulfed the place, got there at 2, no rooms ready and then at 3, the room i got was not cleaned. Very disappointing based on the reviews that were within the last month!"

"Breakfast options were adequate and fresh, parking was easy if your vehicle is not extra long. We stayed in Elvis’s room - quite charming! Staff is wonderful and property is better than expected for its age. If you are looking to experience Old Route 66 the Rail Haven is perfect. "

"This is a bare bones economical option for somewhere to stay when a lot of amenities are not needed. No room service unless requested. Haven’t get your own towels, toilet paper. They have Kitchenettes int eh room but you have to purchase pans from hotel to cook cause they’re induction pans. $40 for that. The biggest thing was we found that there were families living in these hotel rooms. Sad but true. So it’s a different clientele so to speak than a normal hotel we are use to. We don’t have a lot of options in choosing hotels in the area as we were there handling hail claims for insurance and all hotels were booked by other roofers, ins co, auto repair companies, tow truck drivers and so forth. Beds were decent. Showers were good pressure. This was a new hotel as well. Interesting to see how it is in a few years."

"Had to pay a deposit when checking in which wasnt mentioned anywhere when booking it. Advertised HBO and local channels and management said they didnt offer HBO which was Advertised on the sign next to office. The key to the room didnt work to unlock the door, management had to get another key. Several light bulbs were out, bed only had a blanket, no sheets. Ac vent was broke someone had a bar of soap to hold adjustable vent in place. Had meth addicts in parking lot asking tenants for money. I know this was a cheap motel for the price but at least expected it to be clean, in working order and safe. I would nkt recommend this place to anyone. I will book at another hotel next time."
