Modern lakeside luxury located in one of Maine’s most pristine regions.

Enjoy a spacious, open layout with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths while refined design and oversized windows immerse you in the surrounding environment.

Situated at the tip of a peninsula among towering pines on the Grand Lakes Chain, you’ll have access to a dozen inter-connected lakes, private dock and nearby snowmobile/ATV trails.

Boulder Point was designed by a Brooklyn-based architect and features over 2,000 sq feet of living space. The main living area offers 180 degree views of the lake and a suspended fireplace. Bathrooms are tiled and include upscale finishes. Televisions are available in the upstairs loft as well as the master bedroom. You'll have plenty of space to relax and connect with family and friends.
