"We arrived late on the evening of check-in. Wasn’t i Offered cookies nor given our breakfast tickets, had prepaid for breakfast. Waitress never explained how much we could have, it was a limit of $20 per person. A lot of items were not available, even though they were on the menu. Tip was not included. So extra expenses. In the room, one bed was missing a bed skirt, the other beds bed skirt was heavily stained on top. The ice bucket was dirty. We wore our socks or shoes in the room as we weren’t sure if the carpet had been cleaned. Stayed 2 nights and my bill was $849. Booked through Travelocity which seemed like a deal but by the time the breakfast, taxes etc were added on, we could’ve stayed in a higher end hotel. Staff was generally friendly and attentive. Later check out time was appreciated. "
