「The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. 「部屋が綺麗でとても広く、窓も大きいので明るい。バスルームも二つあってとても便利だった。追加ベットを頼んだら無料でエアーベットを用意してくれていた。キッチン用品も充実している。WiFiの繋がりも良かった。 スミソニアン博物館に行きたかったので近くて良かった。付近にはレストランも沢山あるし、アパートの下には小さいけれどスーパーがあったので飲み物等購入できた。チェックイン前に送られてくるメールに部屋番号が記載されていて、それを受付で見せると鍵がもらえる。メールでの返事がなかなかこないので、何か質問等ある場合は直接電話をしなければならなかった為多少英語が話せるならとても良いところだと思う。」

I asked when we pulled into the driveway as I was returning from my surgery. She was returning from the store with supplies I never asked her to buy, she explained place was already rented and graciously offered to allow me to stay in her personal residence if I was unable to travel. 「Very nice spot. Host was timely and friendly. Studio has smart technology and all lights work on motion. Comfy bed and large screen tv was great for sports. Plenty of snacks and amenities. I’d stay here again for sure. 」
