"We had been driving all day and decided to pay a little more for a hotel we thought we could get a good sleep. Nope….party in the parking lot outside our room and in the hallway outside our door. All night! I think people live in this hotel. We called reception three times but they never picked up. Finally at 3am we got dressed and went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do even tho they acknowledged the noise. We asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia). We left and found a place to sleep in our vehicle. To top it off the room was disgustingly dirty - hair, stains you name it. We complained to Expedia and they called the hotel and someone named ‘Trey’ lied telling Expedia we never called or told reception about a problem. So frustrating! Stay away from this hotel!! We will never book a country inn and suites ever!"
