Beautiful home only minutes from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. This is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a very quiet setting. Very accessible and close to Hwy 412.



Has TV's in Living room and master bedrooms and the living room with full streaming capabilities.



The Space:

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath house. There 1 king sized bed and 2 queen size beds in the house. It is newly renovated.



Smart Lock: Each reservation gets a unique random door code.



Main living space is spacious open floor plan with large windows and living room seating.



Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, coffee pot, serving accessories and more.



Outdoor Space: Covered patio with seating and propane grill. Extra large backyard and driveway. This house has a garage, but it is not accessible to guests.



Master bedroom: King sized bed, private in suite bathroom, large closet.



Guest bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet and reading lamps



PETS -Small/Medium size pets (under 40 pounds) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a $100 pet fee and a refundable $150 pet deposit.



Extra guests up to 8 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements.



We welcome long term stays. Long term stays require bi-weekly cleanings which may require additional cleaning fees and a deposit.



Guest Access:

Enjoy the entire house all to yourself.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking allowed.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 23 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $250 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets OFF the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.



- Security: Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
