Beautifully renovated 1800 SF home where modern amenities meet classic style .

Private, quiet, secluded and close to everything in NWA. Spacious parking, surrounded by a beautiful green space on 15 acres. Conveniently located near the Razorback Greenway, bike trails and 8.5 miles away from XNA airport. Absolutely no drugs, no smoking, NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS of any kind. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. Host lives upstairs with 2 large dogs. Free disc golf course on property.
Please park on the left side of the driveway and keep the middle and right side garage spaces open. There is ample parking and it is okay to use the grass on the left if needed. There is one flight of stairs to access the front door. If you feel uncomfortable using these stairs, please reach out to us and we can make arrangements for you to park on the grass on the lower level.

We were unaware it was a basement listing. The owners dogs were at the property and woke us up every morning around 5. Between the howling and the barking I am not sure which was worse. Nothing I saw in the listing indicated there would be dogs or that the owner would randomly appear.

Jared was very quick to respond and made sure we knew everything we needed for our stay. I appreciated the period decor of the kitchen and the Christmas decorations were a fun touch. Great for our family.

The property was very cute and clean. The only thing that would have been nice to know is that the owners live on the upper level of the two story home, and they have two great danes. Their dogs were up early and you could hear them. Also, their is no seating area in the main part of the rental. There is only a small kitchen area.

Loved staying at this pet friendly place for a temporary stay while we waited for our rental home to become vacant. The hosts were very comparable to all of our needs. The dogs upstairs are a little noisy but they are not a problem at night while you’re sleeping.

The property was clean, adorable, and beds were comfortable! However, the person living on site in the upstairs, has 2 Great Danes. The space was clean and not a trace of the pets, but, the rooster crows at 5:30 every morning and the dogs are awake. They play fetch and run crazy in the space directly above where everyone sleeps. It was so loud and impossible to get any sleep after 5:30, every morning we were there. If you are a morning person, then this would not bother you as the rest of the stay was perfect! We did not need to be up early and chose this place because of the reviews on how peaceful it is. That is absolutely not the case during the morning hours.

The homeowners were fantastic. The house was clean, spacious, well maintained. The sunset was viable from the front porch, and it was so colorful. I loved having coffee in the morning, sitting outside on the rocking chairs. They had four small pigs that my older kids loved feeding. I will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Springdale.

Springdale getaway

Property location is gorgeous. The actual property is a basement with its own entrance which is super convenient and has a really tranquil and nice view. It worked out perfectly for my whole family. Rooms are great size as well as the restrooms. Everything was clean and super cute. Communication with host was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Overall a great stay

One bedroom in Suite 1 is what I believe used to be a closet. You can to crawl into the bed from the foot of it. No ceiling fan in that room either. We had a few things that needed to be fixed but Jason completed that VERY promptly. Overall, I very nice stay
