「We were there for a concert. Show was great! Casino very busy but the staff handled it just fine.」

It was not enough to clean up the mess. Called for more towels & explained the situation, she said so you can only have 2 towels No More. Very rude about it & never offered to help clean up the mess with a mop & bucket then instead. Not impressed. Not good customer service. 」

「Pool area is small and enclosed, the chlorine was intense, I had to step out twice while my kids were swimming because my eyes were burning. Our room did not have enough towels, I called the front desk to ask for more, they were kind of rude about it and I had to leave my kids in the room and go to the front desk to get more even though two people were at the front desk, and they were just standing talking to each other. 「We had a family get together here for my son’s birthday so we had two rooms. Rooms were very clean, big, and comfortable. The pool was comfortable (I get cold really easy in pools), so it wasn’t the warmest but I lasted an hour or so. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly. 」
