Bring your dog, yard is fenced and no pet fee. Kayaks and stand up paddle boards included along with paddles and life jackets.
Modern home, fully equipped. Boat ramp and dock, perfect for boaters. Can launch jet skis and small boats at house, and very close to Bayport ramp for larger boats. Deep canal and dock is great for most size boats. Perfect location for boaters wanting to go scalloping or fishing in the gulf. Located in a quiet wooded setting of full time residents on dead end street. Modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and silverware. Bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoos and towels. Each bedroom and living areas with own smart television. Master bedroom has attached full bathroom with standup shower. Home has kayaks and paddle boards for paddling with the manatees. The local paddling is amazing with a private swimming hole and easy paddling to Rogers Park Beach. World-class fishing and scalloping. This home has fantastic boat access to the gulf. Home is in area with large, wooded lots that is more secluded and higher end than other areas of Weeki Wachee. This is less congested and lacks the trailers of the other areas. I have other Weeki Wachee properties that might be ideal for your stay if this one is unavailable for your desired time.

House smelled like fish most of our stay. Home was very clean inside, but mostly outdated furniture. Back patio and yard have not been cleaned in awhile. Lots of crunchy leaves and pollen. Some dog poop still present. Neighbors stated previous occupants had three full size dogs. Listing states two small dogs. There are like seven kayaks. Only three in any shape to use. Property needs some TLC. Location and area are awesome. Owner was great. Not sure if we'd stay at this property again. Location, YES!

Kevin was very informative letting us know about spots to check out in the area. The location and the home were nice and we loved being right along the river. It was very relaxing to sit out there and just take in the sounds of nature and enjoy the sun and warm weather.

Right on the canal , great for kayaking. very quiet, loved it. there is no pool or hot tub, you can swim I guess in canal but it is only around 3ft deep at low tide. lots of mullet schools and they like to jump. nice neighborhood to ride your bikes.

It was exactly as it was described a slice of paradise with a canal in the backyard that leads to the Gulf of Mexico. We had kayaks and paddle boards. There was enough lifejackets and paddles for everyone to enjoy. The owner. Provided us with local knowledge and inside tips to make sure that our vacation was over the top! Thank you

We had an excellent time! First off pulling up to the house you can see that it's well maintained and the yard look great. When you walk into the house it smelled good I'm big on smells, and you can see that it was very clean. The kitchen is very very well stocked actually first home we've stayed at that is this well stocked. I like that there was a split plan and the master was on one side and the bedrooms on the other. Also you have the living room and the family room which was nice for the adults. I loved the patio. We did have an issue with one of The kayaks fortunately it was low tide but Kevin you need a new kayak but it was worth going out because of the beautiful dolphin swimming by us. My granddaughter loved the paddle board, she's going to get one for Christmas. It was very handy having the boat ramp but it is very very slippery at the end. Another great aspect was there's a boat rental right down the canal and we thought was very inexpensive, so we had a beautiful day on the Gulf. The grandkids had an excellent time exploring and to have so many different types of water around you was really cool. Oh my and kayaking to the water hole wow! Just know that this is Florida and there are gators! Kevin was quick to respond to all our questions. So if you have a large group this home would be very comfortable for you. Thanks again for the use of your home!

() Lovely location, so fun! Perfect for a small group or two couples. Quiet neighborhood with a fun waterway in the back. The use of the kayaks was great!! (-) very limited toilet paper, was unable to get a working remote for one of the tvs, no pillows, sheet sets(only two fitted sheets, one thin bedspread and an old hand-me-down blanket)for the couch and futon. The futon should not be included in the number of beds because it is really hard. Also...there are some roaches but you are on water. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives and we made beautiful memories.

We had an amazing time making great memories. Canal slightly murky but that didn’t not stop any of the six kids from getting in and enjoying! We rented to John boats and went to the springs and made it an all day affair other than that we never left the house except for groceries. Thank you!

Fantastic Host

We have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and Kevin is by far the best host we have ever had! The home has everything you need. The home has lots of space. The canal in the back is nice. We saw lots of fish. Its a very quiet and nice neighborhood.

Great Family Getaway Location

The canal front property is great! It's conveniently located to the river and state park. We were able to launch the kayaks from the property's own boat ramp. We had everything we needed for a fun family getaway.

2 time there another amazing aventure

Owner has a very fast response; we do jets ski use the home ramp and from there we easily get to Weekee Wachee river that my family and I have too much relaxing time. if you need to relax this is your place 100% recommended.

Cozy Spot on the Water

Very down home, old Florida neighborhood. Loved the boat ramp; made the water easily accessible, although it is VERY slippery down by the water. Quiet neighborhood, just a short kayak trip up the creek (or walk) to a local swimming hole. Cozy house, just needs a few updates. We had a very nice stay with the family. Spent most of our time on the water and enjoying the outdoor back yard and dock area.

First vaca of blended family

My family had a such a great time! Loved the house, didn’t want to leave. Loved being on the water. The area was great, whatever we needed was near by. Host was easy to talk to and responded fast. Will definitely be back!
