Best Location in Hernando Beach!

Seaside Retreat is the perfect location for a fun filled vacation with family & friends! This vacation rental includes kayaks and a paddleboat to explore the amazing waterways and a saltwater swimming pool. You can drive just 5 minutes north and enjoy a day on the Weeki Wachee River! Local bars and restaurants offer entertainment every night!!

The pool can be heated at your request. The fee is $50 per day, excluding check-in and checkout day. The pool heater will be set to 85 degrees. It will stay between 77 and 85 degrees, depending on the weather. If the temperature outside drops below 60 degrees the pool temperature will likely drop as well. It doesn't heat up to hot tub temperature but it definitely makes it more comfortable.

Stayed 2 weeks in March 2026. Home was very clean and welcoming upon our arrival. Check-in was super smooth. The online listing accurately represented the property. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Good value. Spacious dining room, kitchen and living rooms. Super comfy living room furniture. Great amenities: kayaks, pedal boat, screened-in pool, floaties, beach items, fishing gear, fire pit, etc. (we didn't use all these but it was great to have them available). Very good washer/dryer (actually are the same models we have at home so knew exactly how to run them). Looked like the interior had been refreshed recently, new appliances, etc. Quiet neighborhood. Nice wide canal off the dock. Wildlife preserve within 5-10 minute drive (we hiked there several times). Several good local restaurants (Lazy Lizard, Brian's Place). Publix and Walmart within 10 minute drive. We'd rent this place again.

Great Stay

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the house but it was very clean and the host provided us with everything we needed with the addition of snacks. Great response time from host as well throughout our visit. No complaints. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Lovely house with pool on the canal in Hernando springs

Very comfortable house for 2 couples and a small dog. The pool was nice to have as the beaches are not close. The house was furnished well and very clean! Highly recommend if you are looking for something in that area.

Hernando Beach Christmas Trip

This was a great property. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. It was immaculate, well stocked and our host was so helpful and responsive. They even put a beautiful Christmas Tree and decorations up for us to enjoy!! We will definitely stay again!!

Even had a Christmas Tree! 🥰

Our family stayed here over Christmas and it was perfect. Was so happy to see the holiday decor and to have a Christmas tree to put gifts under. The amenities were great and all the little extras were well thought out. Communication was superb and incredibly prompt. We loved it!
