  • Wake up to Mermaids in yours private pool?
    The ICONIC Mermaid Manor, possibly the most popular vacation home in Weeki Wachee. Fully caged, heated pool!! Grandmas house as you remember. Dogs welcome. Any size. But must be friendly and well behaved. Yard is fully fenced for their safety.
    Mermaid Manor is a 4 bedroom, 3 bath pool home. One bathroom is the pool cabana. Heated pool with built in seats is completely enclosed under enormous screened lanai. Lanai has lots of gathering space with loungers, dining tables and a gas grill. We have kayaks, life vests and paddles to explore the beautiful clear springs and watch the manatees. The dock, pool, lanai and entire house is for your family to enjoy privately. This is NOT shared with anyone else!! Our home comes with a fully equipped kitchen, all linens, towels, shampoo and soap, and even beach towels. Just about anything you would normally use in your home. Two flat screen TV's, and high speed internet.
    There is on site parking for your boat trailer. The boat launch is less that 1 mile away at Rogers Park which also has a sandy beach.
    Our home is on a 100 ft waterfront bulkhead located on a deep canal with direct access to the Weeki Wachee river and only 20 minute idle to the gulf. 7 minute car ride to the Pine Island Beach to watch beautiful sunsets over the Gulf. And about 7 minutes to the state park for the World Famous Mermaid Show.
    There is an abundance of local waterfront restaurants that afford plenty of opportunity to cater to just about every taste. The area restaurants are very reasonably priced. If this property is unavailable during the time you hoped, I have other Weeki Wachee vacation homes that might fit your needs. If you want a beautiful pool and be ability to paddle the clear Week Wachee River, this is your choice.

My family and I had an amazing vacation in this home. The pool was so awesome!! The guys did a lot of fishing from the dock, and kayaking up to the river was so fun. We hope to come back again someday.

Everything was great. We loved the pool, the ease of checking in, and how close the property was to local restaurants and of course the Weeki Wachee River. The host was very knowledgeable of the area and gave excellent recommendations. The area is very quiet and relaxing.

The host was wonderful and very responsive. He was very accommodating and everything you needed was in the home. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The pool was clean, the water inviting and refreshing. We enjoyed the kayaks; we saw manatees, fish, and even dolphins paddling down the canals. We certainly had a lovely time.

We had a great time. The pool was spectacular. We were able to see manatees and alligators right from the dock also. Definitely recommend this place. The owner was super responsive. Can't wait for our next trip.

This property was so perfect for my family, It was so great they could choose between the pool & the river & swap back & forth amongst the two so easily, The kayak launch was easy to use & the host gave great instructions on how to use it. Lots of room to spread out if you're taking several kids or teens. Huge lot & several hangout spots to gather. Pet friendly as well so super thankful for that. Overall the property is great & everything was sufficient for the price paid, Host stayed in communication from before we left & through our stay to make sure we were comfy. We would love to stay here again. It will definitely be on our top list of properties we'd return to.

Perfect Vacation for our family of 8! Kevin, the host was super responsive to my questions before during and after my booking. The house is even better than the pictures. Perfect layout for adults and teenagers. Plenty of space to cook, eat and lounge together. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, pots pans, utensils, cutting board, coffee maker etc...The heated pool is very big and enjoyable. The jets work great. Theres alot of seating by the pool and the grill worled great for our Saturday cookout for my sons 18th Birthday party. There were enough kayaks for all of us and it was perfect weather for our perfect getaway! Loved the fenced in yard as well, i knew my little dog was safe there. We will definetely be back to this house...already looking to book it again! Location is perfect! Thanks Kevin!!!

Great place to have some fun with family

The house was a lot of fun! The here’s so much to do - games, kayaking, swimming, theme park close by. There was plenty of parking and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Nothing fancy but served our needs. We used the kayaks and Grill. The screened in pool area is the highlight of this property. So nice after being out on a boat all day! Also plenty of parking and lots of extra towels and linens provided!

Quick getaway

Cute and cozy great location the host Keven was helpful and quick to respond to any questions within minutes. we will definitely return, if you are looking to see manatees this is the place we saw an abundance of manatees at the hospital hole a five minute kayak ride from the house.
