From the premium furnishings and luxury bedding to the carefully selected décor, every room has been designed with comfort and quality in mind. The open living spaces feel warm and welcoming, making it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

Step outside and discover where this property truly shines. The beautifully landscaped backyard is your own private waterfront oasis, complete with a swinging bench, comfortable sun loungers, a fire pit with a grill grate for evenings under the stars, a shaded picnic table with an umbrella for outdoor meals, and kayaks ready for exploring the crystal-clear Weeki Wachee River. As the sun sets, soft landscape lighting transforms the space into a peaceful retreat.

The expansive wraparound porch adds another 400 square feet of outdoor living space, offering plenty of comfortable seating whether you`re enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book in the shade, or simply taking in the river breeze.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed
• Guest Bedroom: Queen bed
• Third Bedroom: Twin bed with a pull-out trundle (two twin beds total)

Bathroom Setup:
The property offers two bathrooms: one full bathroom inside the home and one newly renovated private outdoor bathroom. Featuring a clawfoot soaking tub, sink, toilet, and charming coastal décor, the outdoor bathroom adds a unique touch to your stay.

Please note: The second bathroom is covered by a roof and offers full privacy, but is located outside the home`s interior and requires outdoor access. Its bathing option is a soaking tub with a handheld sprayer, rather than a standing shower.

We welcome up to 2 dogs.
The pet fee of $250 per stay covers up to 2 dogs.
Guests wishing to bring more than 2 dogs must contact us for prior approval and additional fees may apply.
