The house fully suited our needs with plenty of rooms and space for everyone to be together or take time on their own. "If you love history and are visiting the Williamsburg area this is a perfect place to stay. The house and grounds are amazing and filled with all types of historic anecdotes. The beds were super comfy and there is ample space for a large family or multiple groups. "Stayed here with my mother, husband and our 2 kids ages 8 and 12. We enjoyed walking down to the waterfront and the Yorktown battlefield National Park. The great room is comfortable and well stocked with games. There are only 2 bedrooms, so it is a bit tight with 3 adults and 2 kids, but one kid took the couch which worked fine. We were not interested in cooking, but it had a small functional kitchen for anyone who is."
