"This cottage made us fall in love with Port Loring. We have so much more we want to do - whether it be games, Port Shores or simply more camp fires and a longer stay. The cottage is beautiful, the hosts were quick to respond to make sure we had everything and the dogs had lots of room to play. Definitely recommend"

"The conveniently located cottage is cozy and well appointed. The spacious deck is a wonderful venue for family gatherings and BBQs. A short walk gets you to the dock, beach, restaurants and LCBO. We would highly recommend this property. "

" The cabin is kind of old, but suitable. It was a nice place to relax, I didn't have much problem with bugs and there is a good view from the cabin. The beach was quiet, and a relaxing place to sit. I enjoyed my stay. "

The host was fantastic, after our GPS took us to the wrong location, she took the time to give us detailed directions over the phone to ensure we found the cabin which was very appreciated. "This is a complete getaway, the hosts are amazing from check in to check out they always ensure you have everything you need for your stay, the amazing view from the cottage is breathtaking and the great fishing is a treat, the hosts give full use of a boat so you can spend all day fishing. It’s a 5 star property, best experience I’ve had!! "

"My family had a wonderful week relaxing on Wahwashkesh Lake. The house was very clean and comfortable with modern furnishings, a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom, comfy beds and privacy between the cottages on a quiet bay off the main lake. Melinda was always available to answer any questions and the internet was great when we needed it. We were sad to leave at the end of the week but plan to book a holiday back here in 2025."

"Our original stay was to have been for 4 nights; however, we could not possibly stay at the rental in Clearview, so I contacted Janet to inquire of her if her place was available for the same 4 nights. Janet was most gracious and helpful in making the arrangements. We drove for 4.5 hours in the dark and pouring rain to arrive at her rental. We found it to be comfortable and welcoming. In the daylight the next morning we could see that we were located in a relatively quiet, residential neighborhood. Fortunately, there’s a place for breakfast directly across the street. People we met were friendly. We stayed 8 nights at the close of their summer season, so we never saw an abundance of vacationers with boats for the nearby Lake Waquimakeg. Sitting out on the covered deck, we enjoyed the resident hummingbirds that visited the two hanging baskets on the deck. We would recommend this cabin."

"Honestly wasnt bad over all exsept hairs in the sink and over dirty and some hairs on the bedding. And ac units left in the windows still so was a bit drafty. But honsstly was grate location and everything other then the cleaner not cleaning proper. I would stay there again if still available next time i go up and is cleaned proper"
