「The house was decorated beautifully with a lot of space and a beautiful view. However, the refrigerator had mold all in it so we needed to buy water to drink. And the Internet and cable didn’t work for our entire stay. The host said she tried to fix it. And when it didn’t work for the entirety of our stay she offered to give us a credit back, but she never did. The home itself smelled a little musty, but nothing unlivable.」

「Apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. All amenities were provided, including all cookware and coffee supplies. The host was very easy to communicate with. The bed was on the firmer side and the Apartment is upstairs. Aside from those things (and those aren't criticisms of the property; they just didn't fit perfectly into my specific preferences), I have no critique at all. We absolutely plan to stay there again, even given these points. I definitely recommend!」

「This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living...

「Jonathan was great to work with. His home was very comfortable and so close to St. Simons and Jekkyl Islands. We loved having a big fully-equipped kitchen, large laundry room, and very comfortable beds. The little ones were thrilled with the playhouse and we appreciated the fenced-in yard!!! The main floor bathroom needs to have the peeling paint in the shower area addressed, as well as a coat of paint. The large sectionals in the living room were not very comfortable, but we appreciated that...

「Overall, the pictures of the property matched the posting. The property owner provided an incorrect lockbox code to access the home and it was in a dark area where you have to walk on grass to access and the mosquitoes were horrendous. The local deli is not open on Saturdays nearby and I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking downtown from the property at night. Lastly, the bathroom sink was clogged, badly.」
