Second-floor condo with full kitchen, washer/dryer, central AC, & boat slip use

  • Just a short stroll from the shores of Lake Anna, this second-story condo (the largest condo in the complex) offers a fantastic vacation destination for family or friends. The well-equipped, full kitchen plus the private washer/dryer provide all the conveniences of home. And start each morning by stepping out onto your private balcony to enjoy your coffee.

Find your very own boat slip located in Anna Point Marina! While swimming and boating are always popular here, Lake Anna is stocked annually, making it a great place for year-round fishing. In the marina, you'll find great shops to outfit all your lakeside needs including boat rentals and fishing equipment. A short drive takes you to many local restaurants.

A quick visit to the Lake

This cozy apartment was just what we needed for our quick visit to Lake Anna to participate in a local triathlon. The place was clean and nicely decorated. Checking in was easy and checking out was a breeze. All of the amenities we needed were available. Everything worked as expected: keurig, toaster, dishwasher, shower sinks, etc.

Very comfortable place

This was a very clean and open space! The only complaint i would have is that the bed was noisy when you first sat or laid on it although thankfully it did not bother us at all during the night. The communication upon reserving, checking in and checking out was great! We were attending a wedding nearby and it was a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area again.

Long Term Short Term

I spent 10 months here, thanks to the generosity of the owner, and it felt like home in a short while. The unit is well maintained and stocked with everything you need and if there was every a problem the rental management rep was Johnny on the spot. I highly recommend Vacasa as well as this particular unit if you need a unit that will comfortably sleep 5 people and is within a 4 minute walk to the lake and marina.
