This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom cabin on over12 acres of wooded waterfront property at Lake Anna. A few minutes walk down to the kayak/jet ski dock with a floating dock to launch kayaks or dock a jet ski. Note that this dock is too narrow and shallow for boats, and sometimes too shallow for jet skis depending on the season and water levels, as they are regulated by the dam. This house gives you lots of privacy but is still close to all the great amenities that Lake Anna has to offer. There is a deck along the back of the house with sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom upstairs, with a covered gazebo grill area.

This property is different than most at Lake Anna, as it has a dock for a jet ski and kayaks as well as 2 kayaks included in every rental for your use, but it also has great privacy being located on over 12 acres of wooded property. In the spring and summer, enjoy lots of privacy as the trees block out most of the neighbors and in the fall and winter, enjoy lake views from the back deck with beautiful sunsets.

There is a long private driveway with beautiful greenery surrounding it. There is plenty of parking. This house is fully stocked for all your cooking needs with a Keurig, toaster, fridge/freezer combo with filtered water dispenser and ice maker, full size electric oven range with an over range microwave. The home is also equipped with High Speed gig internet from Xfinity and ready to meet your streaming, gaming or work needs.

Some additional amenities include a treadmill, wood burning firepit in the patio area in the yard and two kayaks with life jackets located down the trail at the dock. Swimming is not recommended off the dock at this property. All use of the kayaks, dock and landing, firepit, exercise equipment and bunk beds is at guests own risk. Please note there is a security camera facing the front porch and driveway.
