"まずルームサービスがなかったのでタオルもなく床が泥だらけ。そのことを伝えましたが、ハウスキーパーが帰ったので知りませんと言われました。常に大麻の匂いが外ではしていました。デポジットなども怖かったので念を押して返してくださいと言いましたが、かえってくるかわからないくらい不安でした。家族旅行だったのでシーツもタオルも変えられず何日も過ごしたのは子供も辛かったと思います。清潔なホテルではありません。掃除の人がいる気配はありませんでした。"
