Spoilt Spa at Smiths

Amazing staff nice hotel cool style and great location some wear and tear in place! My room was great lights on the ceiling were covered in dust! Not major but I noticed it! Would recommend recommend and stay again

No room service available therefore the room wasn’t cleaned and we received no clean towels, toilet paper or clean cups. The tea and coffee in the room was minimal with only sachets of decaf coffee and no milk alternative provided. The bathroom sink was stained. The breakfast buffet was abysmal offering no vegetarian alternatives, no milk alternatives, limp croissant, cold bacon and eggs and overcooked sausage. The coffee was frightful. All in all a rather disagreeable, overpriced experience. On the final morning of our stay we noticed that the floor around the buffet area was sticky under foot.
