「Property in a nice landscape, but essential things for feeling well there are missing. Almost NO running tab water. No warm water. shower could not be used....no warming blankets. I will mot return :(」

「オーナーの方が非常に親切で、チェックインのときに直接会って近隣の施設の紹介をしてくれました。ウェルカムドリンクとして、地元のワイン一本とビール２缶いただきました！whatsup をダウンロードしておくとオーナーがアカウント見つけて登録してくれます。アマゾンで1000円でsimカードを買ってスマホを使えるようにしておけばコミュニケーションに便利です。 部屋からの眺めも最高で、バルコニーも広めです。水とコーヒーは飲み放題なので、時間があればぼーとして過ごすのも最高です。 シャンプーなど備え付けがないので持参必要です。洗濯機がないので、洗えないのが難点。 それでも総合的には大満足です！」

「We had a fantastic holiday at Villa Sumica, would highly recommend it. The Villa itself was big enough for 3 families, great living spaces and the outside areas were stunning. Supermarkets only a short walk away, and the port a 5 minute walk down the hill with plenty of bars and restaurants (peperoncin and the pub were fantastic). Really handy for the ferry terminal to split also. We hired boats for a day, and also a car for a day to see more of the island. A great holiday for everyone, children...

「Absolutely lovely. Perfect location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, beaches and shops. Location could not be bettered. Spacious villa on two floors with terraces on both the ground and first floors. All facilities, including AC and the wonderful pool, worked very well. As an extended family we were delighted with our stay.」
