We had a wonderful stay! A perfect, “off the strip” property that gave us everything we needed! Comfortable bed & pillows, great size of room, entry & bathroom. Location was what amazed us. Being just a blocks away from the Riva and the view of the Marina was perfect!

Ice cold AC, amazing view overlooking the entire harbor! Good communication. Would definitely stay here again. This is not a traditional hotel but more of several apartments. Check in was smooth, we texted to drop off our bags at 1000 AM then they texted us around lunch the code to get in. Just give them a heads up if you want to drop off bags because there is no front desk so someone has to meet you and let you in. The only minor issues was the doors to the apartment were stiff and you kind of had to slam them shut. Not a big deal and should be an easy fix for them to resolve it just needs to be done. Would highly recommend this place!

Central location

Arrived early toma let us in. Entrance way into building very dirty bin overflowing. Went up to apartment a lot of stairs, stairs very challenging very step and so many. Apartment very nice but thing fell if wall towel holder and toilet holder very loose. Unable to sit on balcony as it had just a table and no chairs. There was supposed to be a welcome gift on arrival but there was nothing in the room. Cleaner had left a bag of rubbish though. Apart from all that bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very central. I would 100% recommend Croatia to all people friendly and country very clean.

Toller Blick auf den schönsten Teil Splits. Direkt im historischen Zentrum mit Meerblick. Sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet, gute Betreuung durch Toma, den netten Gastgeber, der uns auch tolle Tipps für Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Cafes und Bars gegeben hat. ☀️

The room itself is great with a gorgeous view, however to access the room you enter through a very strange door into a dirty area that looks unsafe before climbing 6 flights of stairs.

Toma was an excellent host. Spot is in a very good location opposite the Riva. Easy walk to everything! Room was recently renovated and very well kept. Overall a positive experience.

Beautiful room with even better view of the port. No problem with check in and the one key card got us into all doors which was convenient. The apartment is steps from the palace and town center. Only challenge was the 4 floor walk up but we were warned so no surprises. Great place and highly recommended.

excellent location, very clean. The only inconvenient is for those people who can't use stairs cause It's on a 4 floor and no elevators. Otherwise it is very good with an amazing view.

It’s located in the center of central part of town. You can’t get better than that. It has a great view of the sea port. Toma greeted us when we arrived. He was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t mind to walk the steps to the 4th floor. That’s very normal for a lot of small hotels in Croatia.

Excellent location. Everything within walking distance. Good clean and quiet. Modern fit out. But not for the infirm. 91 steps, no elevator. Mix up on keys on arrival, but quickly sorted. Managing representative was helpful.

Great modern room with a small balcony over looking the harbour. Central location. Would definitely recommend. Just bare in mind it's up 3 flights so will keep you fit!

This is a s newly renovated suite (we were in room 2 of 3 in total). The room itself was nice, with the exception that, to us, it smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. The Seaview staff member, Karlo, said that isn't possible and suggested it was the smell of the flooring, but that did not make sense to us. If you aren't very sensitive to cigarette smoke then it might not bother you. The location close to the old town is very convenient and the view of the marina is great. The biggest downside is getting into the suite from the street. There is a common entrance from the street into a kind of common indoor access area for many different units in several buildings. This area had garbage in it and definitely had a smell. From here there was about 8-10 steps up to another locked door to give access to the building. Once in that door, there was a full 3 and 1/2 flights of narrow stairs up to the third locked door that gave access to a vestibule for the 3 Seaview Luxury Retreat suites. Summary: the room is nice, BUT you have to pass through a smelly area with garbage and at least 4 flights of stairs to get to the suites. If you have more than a small amount of luggage, or are not in shape, it is a difficult location to access. For my wife and I, we looked past the smell and we're in decent shape so we looked at the stairs as a bit of daily exercise, but we think it is important that anyone renting one of these units knows what they are getting into before renting.
