This property doesn’t have elevator. Room stay on third floor. We use their services to pick up from bus station and load our luggage’s to the room with a fee, which we think is fair and reasonable. We also use the same service when check out. Housekeeping daily, very clean. We only have one issue on the first night when we return the apartment.. entrance and staircase doesn’t have light. But they fix the problem after we reported it. Very convenient locations. We like our stay here.

Property hard to find tucked back near grocery. Driver had difficulty finding. Small pink sign 8 feet up on a pole that was half worn. 3rd floor of a building. You need to call phone number at front door. Walk down around corner to Prima building. Be buzzed into Prima building take elevator up to .get keys and walk back. Very Clean apartment. Simple room with balcony terrace, comfy queen bed and full bath main floor. Stairs to loft bedroom with two twin beds with 1/2 bath. Initially No lights or AC until put keycard in slot above coffee maker. Never successfully turned on AC. But not too hot. Sat on terrace with some wine. Lots of graffiti on the buildings. Great location just outside walled city, less than 1 block to OldTown with Gelato, restaurants, bakeries all nearby. It was Saturday night and party goers yelling until dawn. We stayed one nite only 14 hours. Arranged airport pickup thru Nirvana was perfectly on time for 530 AM pickup. 55 euros to airport 20 to 30min away. Would stay again but longer!

Nice big comfortable bedroom, and good ensuite bathroom. Great location, close to the old town centre, but quiet. Kettle and mug in the room to make coffee.

Excellent location and nice physical space (clean bathroom, great shower, comfortable beds) but it smelled quite bad, like pee. We were there during a rainstorm and the windows were leaky, a bit concerning.

Excellent location just minutes from the old town. Lovely duplex room with two floors and a small balcony. Excellent shower and very comfy bed. Small fridge and kettle was greatly appreciated Only negative was the two flight of stairs to access the room

Very close to the town but kind of hard to find at first. I had to contact management for them to give me the keys to check in. As the reviews mention, you do need to lug your luggage up 3 flights of stairs, so prepare. But it felt like a nice, quiet and safe location. I did get the terrace and it was quite lovely to see the sunset from there. The room is well conditioned and shower has good pressure.

Don't be fooled by the photo, there is no terrace! The property was a little difficult to find, and the main desk is actually in a shopping mall a short distance away. There is no elevator, so be prepared to haul your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. It is a short, easy walk to the Palace.

Tolle Lage, ein paar Meter nur von der historischen Altstadt entfernt, kurzer Weg zum Hafen. Süßes, sauberes Zimmer, die Matratzen sind für uns zu weich, aber jeder schläft anders. Toller Balkon. Ganz einfach zum Einchecken. Apt. liegt im 3. Stock, aber kein Problem. Alles sehr empfehlenswert.

리모델링이라 너무 깨끗하고 프리마호텔 프런트 여직원이 엄청 친절하고, 한국말도 몇마디 할줄 아네요. 저는 차를 가져왔는데다가 밤늦게 체크인이 되는 바람에 주차장이 멀어서 엄청 당황했습니다. 밤에는 주차할 자리가 거의 없네요.

The location is very close to old town and seaside. The room is spacious, nice and clean. The communication with Ms Dora was easy and smooth. The Prima reception met us for underground garaged parking and walked us to the hotel which is quite smooth. It does require 5-8 minutes of walk from garage and some flights of stairs, if you travel light with backpack, it is doable. Leaving bigger luggage in car is safe because there is a garage door. I would highly recommend this place if you want a great location to old town at a much cheaper price than the old town hotels. Many thanks to Dora and Prima reception.

Don't be fooled by the photos , they certainly don't match the property , after checking in at Prima , you then have to go to a shared building 300 meters away,many different apartments I assume renting out different floors and blocks, the court yard is full of over flowing bins and rubbish. On entering our block we were met with a horrible smell, air freshener available on a chest of drawers,so the agency are aware . we then entered the apartment, it was semi clean but the walls are disgustingly filthy and in need of painting, the blinds on the upstairs velux are broken so can't be pulled up to enjoy the view, pretty annoying. The WiFi didn't work , The balcony is not as pictured , one night stay , we would not return and I wouldn't recommend.

Smelly but clean place

The lady is very nice and keep the place very clean. I didn’t like a few things - The place has a very strong smell from her cooking but I asked her to keep the windows open and that reduced the smell. It didn’t fully get eliminated since she cooks daily but it was little better with keeping all windows open. She needs to buy a proper duvet since it had 2 old blankets and it’s cold at night. The blankets were little bit groused (see picture below). Also, the walking time to Old town is 18min not 10.
