It's quite noisy due to the refrigerator, the neighbors, and the street noise. On top of that, the refrigerator gives off a bright light that illuminates the room all night. The amenities are minimal. It's well located, but I wouldn't stay here again.

Comfortable bed! Good location.

This apartment is within a ten minute walk of Riva and the old town. It was clean, very comfortable mattress and bedding and in a quiet location with many restaurant options close by if you don’t wish to go to the Riva.

Close to harbour and main strip. Small but has a balcony you can go stand on. Close to beach. Bus terminal within walking distance. Many restaurants near by. Also a supermarket with in walking distance.

This property was really awesome! The room had everything we needed and it was in an excellent location. We could easily walk to the beach and the old town. Also, the host, Toma, was responsive and very helpful!!

We had a lovely stay here recently. Very clean and modern room. Great location, close to the port and only 10 minutes walk to the old town. The room size is slightly deceiving from the photos, it was smaller than we expected. There wasn't much space to get our clothes out of our case, or enough space for the cases to even go.

Zimmer sauber und super Ausstattung - waren sehr positiv überraschend - negativ: alle Parkplätze immer besetzt und am letzten Tag wurde ab halb 8 herumgebohrt... (hoffentlich ein blöder Zufall)

This is a bit of a strange booking but overall we enjoyed our stay. These are "luxury" style apartments, inside of a large apartment building. The apartment building itself is not in the best shape and we arrived at night and could not find the lights upon entering the building. Eventually though we got to our rooms which were definitely nice and clean. Just not your standard "hotel" booking. Overall the owners communicated with me quickly over WhatsApp and were able to answer all questions. We had a bit of a strange hand off where because there is no front desk, so we had to do a cash drop-off and passport pictures via WhatsApp. Overall, everything worked out though, just definitely a little bit less formal than what you would expect at a hotel. The location is close to old town as well which was really nice. I would recommend this booking as long as if you don't mind the little bit of an oddball stuff that I mentioned above.

My sister and I had a lovely stay in Split at Lichia Amia. It was perfect for us - modern, clean and with all the amenities necessary (the fridge inside the room was very useful). Our host was friendly and attentive, with quick replies. The apartment is in an excellent location - 10-15 minute walk from the port, Dicoletian's palace and the beach - literally everything you could need for your stay. We loved Croatia so much - so much natural beauty and the people are so welcoming. We will be back!

Drömläge!

Kan inte tänka oss bättre läge, lika nära stad som strand, mindre än 4 minuter. MEN, en stad med strand innebär sand i kläder, skor o på människor o i säng. Städning fanns inte men en sopkvast hade gjort underverk. Något att hänga upp handdukar o badkläder saknades enormt men TV o dörrar o stol fick duga.

Bra rum i bra läge

Vi hade inte fått incheckningsinstruktioner i förväg men meddelats att vi skulle höra av oss 30 minuter innan ankomst. Vi gjorde så och förväntade oss att bli mötta. Istället fick vi ett meddelande att kontakta dem via Whatsapp så vi fick ladda ner det. När vi fick instruktioner fick vi veta att vi, förutom turistskatten, skulle betala 15 euro för städning vilket borde ingå i rumspriset. Rummet var utmärkt i ett lugnt område nära hamnen. Vi kunde inte få in några kanaler på smart-TV:n för vi kan inte språket. Säkerhetsboxen krävde en nyckel som vi inte hade tillgång till. Trots de för oss tekniska problemen är vi nöjda med boendet.
