Welcome to Diocletian Pearl Luxury Apartment ****. We hope you will have a very enjoyable stay. The details below will help you make the most of your stay. Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy our beautiful apartment surrounded by the walls of Diocletian Palace, 1700 years old UNESCO protected monument of world heritage.
Explore the heart of Split from this designer luxury apartment. The space features an open-plan living area, blend of authentic Dalmatian design and modern accents. Admire original masonry and woodwork, high-end furniture, sprawling windows letting in natural light and full kitchen. Perfect place for Guests who prefer quality and want more than the average stay. Once you enter Diocletian Pearl you will wish to stay forever. Sitting on a window patio while reading a book or even just staring at the 17 century old palace walls, imagining the Emperor and his beautiful wife Prisca walking around. However, life waits outside since this vibrant city has much to offer!

Guest will have the access to the entire 40 sm (430 sf) open space, including all the rooms and the appliances. The apartment has ONE BEDROOM with the queen size bed and brand new luxury hotel feel mattress. Bedroom has the access to the small balcony overlooking Old town and the cathedral. We can also provide second bed in the living room if needed. Please note it's a full size sofa bed. Bathroom has walk-in shower, and the big kitchen is equipped with all the appliances. It can accommodate up to 4 people.

Elegant comfort in the heart of history

Situated above a restaurant very close to old iron gate. Fascinating historical architecture from every window. Perfect if you wish to be in the thick of things. Just 1min walk from everything! Appt. Is well appointed, modern appliances and *clean*. Bedroom has quality bed. Best nights sleep in a rental thus far. Hosts are friendly, informative and helpful. Could not have wished for a better experience.

Beautiful Split

From start to finish Milo was the perfect host! The apartment location inside the walls of Diocletian palace what one is protected by UNESCO wow what experience was, and hospitality of Milo was fantastic! Firstly, our pick up from the airport was seamless, Milo picked us up and drove us back to the apartment where he provided us with an immense amount of historical information of the area and Croatia itself. Milo continued to support us through our travels and offer us advice and recommendations which was incredibly helpful. Secondly, the apartment was beautifully decorated and very clean and spacious , the views from the balconies are stunning such as the interior of the two rooms and the bathroom, the beds and mattresses were memory foam and extremely comfy, The furnishings are very good and by preserving historical elements you experience the charm of the city even in the apartment. I would rent the apartment again in a heartbeat and will certainly come back. It is definitely one of the nicest apartments in the city. The location was truly perfect, within a historic site and prime for all the best local spots. I could not recommend Milo and his apartment more, we will be back very soon.

Diocletian Pear luxury apartment is a spectacular sanctuary and the best Vrbo I have ever visited! Nestled inside the Palace walls, it’s truly unforgettable. Waking up to enjoy coffee on the veranda and watch the city come alive was a real treat. It has an impeccable mix of historic charm and stylish modern minimalism, while also being spotlessly clean, super spacious and full of light during the day. The option to use the blackout shutters at night was wonderful when the sun came up too early after a night of barhopping! The location is perfect for anyone visiting all the ancient sights Split has to offer. Milo and Petra are wonderful hosts, so communicative, friendly and knowledgable. They made us feel so welcome and safe, especially with the attention to cleanliness in these times. I highly recommend staying here, much like a 5 star modern luxury boutique hotel, its everything we needed and more!

5 STARS ALL AROUND!

Milo’s place is in THE BEST location in the heart of Split with everything you need and could think of. Stayed for only one night on our way to Dubrovnik. Wish we could've spend more time in this fantastic apartment. The space is exactly as described and Milo was so communicative throughout the stay. Could not have asked for a better place to spend Valentine's Day with my wife and also be walking distance from all main attractions. Cannot wait to be back when the pandemic is over so we can dine outside and see more of this charming little town.
