Comfortable modern studio with shaded patio and garden view

This is a smoke free studio., but you can smoke outside on the patio. Pets are also not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave apartment tidy and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Check in time is after 14h (2 p.m.), check out before 10h, flexible if possible. Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!
