  • 街の古い部分に位置するこの新しく改装された2階建てのセミアタッチドハウスは、まるで家にいるように感じます。 有名なディオクレティアヌス宮殿、美しい砂浜、最も人気のあるバーから徒歩数分です。

    アパートは完全にリニューアルされ、設備が整っている2階にあるため、本当に特別です。 キッチンとリビングルーム（1階）には、ダイニングテーブル、引き出し式ソファ（1人以上、または子供2人用）、テレビ、Wifi、AC、冷蔵庫、ケトル、電子レンジ、コーヒーメーカー、ストーブ、アイロンが備わっています。 。

A short trip

I was only staying in Split for a few days and the location was great for walking around. The grocery store is close by and it was a short walk to all the main tourist attractions. Frane was also a great help!

Great location, and quiet. Kitchen equipment was great. A little on the dark side. Steep spiral stairs to the bedroom and bathroom. Overall a good vibe.

Second year to stay here, and wonderful as usual. The apartment was spotless and so well appointed. Great quiet street just 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. Looking forward to going back next year!

Nice spot for exploring Split

This was a nice base for a couple days of exploring the center of Split. We were only a 5 minute walk from most of the main things. The property was clean and the host was gracious to give us recommendations around the city and some snacks and drinks upon arrival.

We had an amazing time in this beautiful apartment in split It was around 8 minutes walk from the old town city center. What a convenient spot. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed. Frane was so polite and attentive. He set up the pull out bed for us. And he had fruit and drinks for us. He throught of everything to make his gusts happy and comfortable I am so happy we found this apartment.Thank you for making our stay stress free.

Americans first time in croatia

This property was well designed, convenient, and had a great location. It is a quick and easy and beautiful walk to the palace. The first night we ate at a great restaurant recommended by the host that was a 5 minute walk away. The other days we checked out the palace and the solin ruins, and got groceries at the local green market and made ourselves dinners. The place was well equipped for cooking and we quite enjoyed our stay!

Great Property and Host

The property couldn't be in a better location. Just minutes and walking distance to so many things you'll be doing in Split. Frane was also a great host, with great communication and fast responses. The property is clean and well stocked. If I ever come back to Split I'll try to stay at Frane's place again.

Wonderful apartment for a solo traveler or couple!

Wow, what an excellent place to stay near old town Split! As this being my first time traveling solo, Frane made me feel comfortable immediately upon arriving! He was gracious enough to pick me up at the airport and give me a lot of useful information related to my stay! The neighborhood that the apartment is located is very old and amazing! I felt very welcome and safe by everyone I came across while exploring. I recommend Frane’s apartment to anyone traveling solo or a couple traveling to Split!

Quiet and close to Old Town

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay in Frane’s apartment. He was extremely helpful with checkin and had fruit, coffee and cookies awaiting us. The old town is a short easy walk along a quiet, pedestrian only street. Bed was very comfortable and we slept well. This apartment is perfect for a couple visiting Split. Thank you Frane, Split was a highlight in our 3.5 week vacation in southern Croatia and surrounding area.

Amazing host!

The hardest part of Split is the parking. The host, Frane, was amazing! He provided us copies of where to park before we arrived and met us at check in. He took the time to explain where everything was and was incredibly helpful. The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance. It is a perfect size for 1-2 people. Thank you Frane!

Great location

Apartment is as described. Small but location was awesome. Very clean. There were 3 of us and we were a bit crowded. Also, getting the luggage up to the bedroom was a challenge. All in all the location was perfect for walking around. Great communications with the owner. Thanks for the memories
