Well-equipped apartment, everything necessary is available, excellent location. The construction site in front is a bit disturbing, but otherwise we had a very pleasant holiday.

Fantastic spot!

Amazing view of the harbour. Bright, clean and spacious apartment. Has all the amenities needed for a short or longer stay. Very close to the old town and boardwalk but just far enough away to be quiet at night. There’s a cafe, bakery and grocery store within 2 minutes of walking. Highly recommended!

Great location in Split

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment within easy walking distance to everything old town Split has to offer. Free street parking is available, but it is for everyone, meaning you may not always find a spot close by, you may have to park a few blocks away. The apartment is nicely furnished and comes with a great view of the harbor. We had a lovely stay and would come again.

Touring Europe

We couldn’t have had a better accommodation anywhere else! It was minutes from old town and all of the attractions. The apartment was extremely clean and very well equipped! We didn’t want for anything. The view from the balcony was stunning! We arrived very early on a rainy day and Edzard was kind enough to let us in early at no charge! What a wonderful host! I will definitely recommend this lovely apartment

Apartment Xenios

What a spectacular location for this little gem. This apartment has a stunning view of the marina and was within walking distance from the market, numerous restaurants and great shopping. The hosts provided all the information we required prior to our stay and the apartment was as advertised. It was clean and had all the amenities we required. Thank you for your hospitality! The only reason for less than 5 stars for cleanliness was not for the apartment itself but for the garbage on the street outside the apartment by the trash bins

Great, spacious apartment. Very clean and great facilities. Host was very communicative and quick to respond to any messages. Some building work continuing opposite the apartment but it was entertaining to watch while having breakfast on the balcony and didn’t block sea view. It will be an amazing view when finished.Perfect location, quick 5 minute walk to old town and very close to supermarket and gorgeous bakery. No problem with on street parking. Would definitely stay here again
