「Excellent hotel with a fantastic view. Staff all very polite. Few minor issues: water by the pool should be free / there should be a water dispenser; guests should be able to borrow an iron (never been to a hotel where this wasn’t possible); staff don’t understand the concept of ice coffee which we found strange. 「Great Hotel and amazing staff. From Rosella on reception, the cleaners and the lovely breakfast staff: we were made to feel very welcome. Rosella provided fantastic assistance with transfers, taxi's, local amenities etc and our whole stay was absolutely brilliant. The amenities of the Hotel are great with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts, children's area, bike hire etc. Highly recommend, and only a short walk into the beautiful Riva del Garda itself. 」
