「部屋は素晴らしい。部屋からの眺めも素晴らしい。スタッフの対応は良くない。朝朝食会場に行ってもスタッフの挨拶はない、卵を焼く為の設備があるのに食べるか聞かない、フロントスタッフのシャツはズボンの後ろからだらしなく出てる、細かい説明もなく紙を渡されて、詳細はこれを読んでくれと。。。プールはとても地持ちよい。プールサイドから海が見えなくて少し残念。タオルも言えば貸してくれたが、ほとんどの人は自前のタオルだった。飲み物サービスも来ない。部屋にポットもコーヒーもない。コップも紙コップ。100€のホテルだったら気にならないが、それなりにお金を出してリラックスしに行ったのに、とても残念だった。」

「スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで親切だったのが印象的。質問すると丁寧に答えてくれるし、客に気をくばっているのが伝わってくる。イタリア語はもちろん、英語、フランス語、日本語も少し話せる。部屋はそんなに新しくはないが、モダンで広くて清潔。（コルビジェを思い出させる。）また行きたいと思うホテル。オーナーの犬？もかわいかった。」

「Veldig hyggelig og rolig B&B! Bodde tre netter. Nydelig rom/suite i et stor eldre villa. Villaen er flott dekorert med blanding av antikke møbler og moderne kunst. Egen privat hage/park som hører til villaen. Sikker parkering bak elektronisk port. Fantastisk vert som hadde mange gode anbefalinger og tips til nærområdet. Frokost var av høy kvalitet. En enkel kontinental buffet med frukt, ost, skinke, italienske bakevarer. Egg og spesialkaffe på bestilling. Frokost ble servert på verandaen. 」

「We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! 」

「It's very close to the Central Station of La Spezia. You can get to the port through the main street in about thirty minutes on foot. There are restaurants, cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. You need to tell the owner the check-in time by the previous day. I forgot to tell the owner, so the gate was closed when I arrived. However, when I called the owner, he took care of it immediately and I was able to check in safely. 「ラスペッツィア駅から徒歩圏内のホテル。部屋には冷蔵庫、湯沸器、コーヒーメーカーがあったため、近所のスーパーで買い物して朝食にしていました。中心街にも徒歩圏内で食事にも困りません。チェックイン時間に制約があることが難ですが、問題ない方には良いかと思います。」

「Quiet, suburban area. Host was great, English not so good but neither was my Italian! Managed to communicate. Had breakfast the one morning and it was really good value for E7 each. 12 minute walk to the square. Some noise if guests are awake early but that’s to be expected in a B&B. Shutters on the window kept the room dark when sleeping. A/C worked well and was quiet when I switched the swing function off. Parking was fine.」

「I currently in my second stay with this hotel. The staff has been the best part especially as a foreigner that doesn’t speak Italian. They have aided me with friendly enthusiasm in a couple of problems outside their scope to which I am very grateful. The accommodation large, modern and clean. There is an excellent courtyard with numerous sitting options for relaxing outside. Definitely recommend this hotel I will likely be back here in a year. 」

「Scenic hotel with amazing view. Was able to see stunning sunset from our balconies. The rooms are new and bright. Breakfast is delicious and situated in a stunning ambience. Proximity to town where we got a great dinner with local fare. Service is friendly as well and the staff is always willing to help. Would definitely recommend - worth the drive out from Le Spezia.」
