「This property was the only place along the Amalfi Coast that felt personal, friendly, and professional. We stayed in September '25 for two nights and it was the most relaxing two of our trip in southern Italy. We ate meals at the roof restaurant, spent an afternoon by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Parking was, of course, expensive, but the hotel handled it professionally and found us a spot that fit our Audi A5, a pretty large car for that area. 」

「My stay at baia di puolo were awesome. From reception to housekeeping staffs all brilliant. Sara,is an excellent staff to the hotel 👌 personality great, helpful and full of life, amazing!! I will come back🙂😍 The staffs at the restaurant are doing there job, not much to choose from, though, Buffet breakfast. I had dinner at Capuozzo restaurant excellent customer service. It's exceptional. Octopus Salad, refreshing 😋 😍」

「Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft schön. Die Aussicht auf die Zitronenbäume einfach einmalig. Für Hotelgäste gibt es eine kostenfreie Tour mit Erklärung zur Herstellung des eigenen Limoncello. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und doch ist Sorrent in 4 km zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal und die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. und bei Zimmer mit Terrasse kann man Abends den Sonnenuntergang wunderbar beobachten.」

「We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Lubrense! It is a beautiful hotel with stunning outdoor yards/pools and incredible views. A short 10 minute drive into Sorrento, but the public bus stop is right at the entrance to the hotel and it's only two-euro in to town. There are also beautiful beaches and a few restaurants very close to the hotel, a steep but short walk away. The staff at Villa Lubrense were by far the best part of our stay. Tino (?) and Fabiola at the front desk were incredibly...

「Everyone was very friendly! Rooms were clean! They do need to have irons there so guest can iron their clothes . Breakfast buffet was delicious. Grounds are beautiful. Resonable pricing and we love the public transportation option for the guests. We would recommend to anyone staying in Sorrento . Grazie」

「Absolutely lovely staff. If you are old or unfit stay away as the slope to the hotel is tough. Room could do with a little maintenance, overall lovely hotel. Bus stop to Sorrento is 4 minute walk along with a restaurant & supermarket」

「Front desk staff very helpful and on top of transfers. Kitchen lady was a very rude little old lady. Wouldn’t even let me get a coffee 15 minutes before breakfast opened and all food was out and we were leaving for an excursion. Deck by pool is great but pool is very old and basic. Front of hotel looks really nice but sides look like it belongs in a war torn city. Air conditioning is ok not great at all. Very good views. Great sandwich shop and market just up the road to walk to.」

「Giuseppe was very very helpful. He guided us to great experiences and was so friendly and welcoming. We would love to visit again. The place is beautifully located in a quiet area but still walking distance to some restaurants and a small hike to the beach. We were very happy that we ended up not renting a car since the last street to Antonios Massa Lubrense is very steep and narrow. We will absolutely recommend this place for a wonderful holiday :-)」
