"This is an older property but well kept and clean. Front desk service was excellent and helpful. The only detractor is the restaurant is not connected to the main hotel building with no covered walkways during rain. "

In particolare ho segnalato due volte un disservizio (mancanza di segnale Sky) e non è stato risolto. La mia richiesta di rimborso di parte della quota del soggiorno è rimasta ignorata "

"Excellent séjour, l’hotel est bien situé.Port, plage restaurants, supermarché et arrêts du bus pour faire tour de l’île ils sont tous à 2minutes à pied.La chambre est spacieuse, propre avec les produits de toilettes Aqua del Elba qui sent super bon, rafraîchissant et résultat allée cherchée le parfum pour souvenir d’Elba. "Non è la prima volta che veniamo in questo hotel e purtroppo ogni anno riducono sempre di più i servizi mentre il prezzo aumenta ... camere pulite e ben rifatte impeccabili .... la nota dolente viene dalla cucina , unico antipasto senza scelta , buffet di verdure che se finivano non venivano rimpiazzate il dessert a fine cena ormai è diventato un optional e "cameriere " che mentre serve mastica la gomma proprio non ci siamo ! Altra nota dolente del ristorante è il caldo ... a cena facevi una...
