"Very nice. I will definitely go back and recommend. Best 5 star hotel on our italy trip. My family loved it. They had a 5 percent "discretionary" tip added to my bill which came as a surprise. I like to tip myself, which i did while i was there. I asked them ti remove it and they did. Ive stsyed at olenty of places thst have a service fee, which i don't have a problem with as long as its clearly stated before i check in. I have never seen a hotel starts breakfast that late! You have to ask for milk as they don’t leave it outside! So everyday I put cereal and ask for milk! There’s one coffee machine with a long waiting line There’s a beach around 7 minutes walking but the guy at the hotel invited us to private beach which is paid Hotel should offer free shuttle...

Hotel Terme Marina

10/10 Excellent

"staff was most helpful, went above and beyond to help."

La Reginella Resort & SPA

10/10 Excellent

"It is the staff that truly makes this place magical. They were always helpful, friendly, and cheerful, going out of their way to help us with our requests. Our family has been coming to La Reginella for the past two years, and we were thrilled to recognize so many of the same faces - and even better, they remembered us, too! My wife had developed a genuine fondness for some of them and it was sad for us to leave. A second major highlight was the daily breakfast. I have never looked more forward to waking up for a hotel buffet as much as I did here. Although the spread was plentiful and offered great variety, I would have been happy enjoying plates of their freshly baked bread and hot coffee every morning. And their multiple pools were another family favourite. We spent our last full day never leaving the property - simply enjoying the thermal waters. We'll be back next year!"

Albergo Terme Villa Svizzera

8/10 Good

"Great location on the beach, plus thermal baths and a seawater pool. Breakfast was extensive. Staff was helpful with correcting the A/C in my room, and respond to your needs at the front desk."

Hotel Terme Principe

8/10 Good

"Great place, great location. We would have given it a 5 STAR rating if it was not for a very rude night desk clerk who was very unhelpful and disrespectful to both me and my wife any time we attempted to seek help from him. We tried to avoid him whenever possible. All the other workers were very nice and the property was very nice."
