"Staff was VERY unfriendly and uncooperative. Checking was supposed to be at 2 pm. We have to wait until 4pm. The receptionist at the front desk checked-in like several people who arrived after despite the fact that we arrived at 130 pm. I felt DISCRIMINATED. All customers who arrived after us were Italian. "We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. Property, rooms, and the restaurants were clean and newly remodeled. Their breakfast was included with the room and it was amazing. So many choices and delicious pastries. Their staff and concierge were extremely nice and helpful. Our concierge, Carmine, was the most pleasant person to arrange your tours with, get transportation at any time and location, and his suggestions were outstanding. If you plan to visit Amalfi coast, do stay at this hotel, since it's located in the middle of the coast and you have quick access to all small towns within 15 minutes. We will return to this hotel for our next Amalfi coast adventure."

"The property and the staff were very helpful. The view from our room was beautiful and we enjoyed the terrace. The rooms seem overpriced but perhaps as we were at the end of high season it was expected. We would definitely stay again. It is 15 minutes from Salerno but the lovely little town of Vietri sul Mare was the most favourite experience of our stay."
