We are located on the Punta Cetarola promontory in a natural park in the midst of greenery and tranquillity, just 7 km from beautiful Sperlonga with its white beaches and crystal-clear sea, overlooking the sea with a stunning panorama from the island of Ischia to Monte Circeo.
The house consists of a main villa that can accommodate up to 9 people and 4 independent depandances each for 2 people on different levels.
Main villa: On the first level we have the sleeping area where we find three bedrooms each with its own private bathroom. On the ground floor a further double bedroom with private bathroom, lounge/living room with sofas, fireplace, 42’ satellite TV, kitchen with dishwasher and all necessary equipment, dining table, exit to the panoramic sea view terrace equipped with tables, chairs, sofas, armchairs.
On the lower levels are the other double rooms with independent entrance and bathroom/shower.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans and private bathroom.
Suggestive outdoor area where we have a swimming pool (mt 4x8 and depth from mt 1 up to mt 1,80) with salt water system, hydromassage tub with lighting and waterfall (mt 8x1), gazebo equipped with washbasin, wooden platform with African reed umbrellas and sunbeds. Large outdoor areas with barbecue area with refractory pizza oven covered with gazebo, with tables and chairs; unlimited WIFI by Linkem available.
Solarium with gazebo, table tennis, table football; upper terrace equipped with kitchenette, barbecue, outdoor sound system, games. Private indoor and outdoor parking.
Fenced Garden.
Pool open from May to September, weather permitting.
