「i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. 「We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!」

「This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. 「Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area.
