"There was no one at the hotel when I arrived. I had to call someone who directed me to pick up a key off the front desk. I had requested a room with a view. What I got was room 103, first floor with a view of the parking lot. The toilet was not functional, the room was dismal at best. There was no one to ask for help. I was the only person on property, which was also very disconcerting. The following morning someone had set out an envelop for me for a different room, presumably an upgrade, but I was scheduled to check out that morning... so that was weird. Again, no one on property except the breakfast attendant. I explained my dilemma to her. She tried to reach a manager or other hotel staff and was also not able to reach anyone. I would never ever recommend this place. I would have felt safer at the Bates Motel. "

"Great Property beautiful views and plenty of comfortable space. Thank You! Everything we needed except a good snow fall the end of March. Please note.... this was definitely not the owner's fault. We still had a great trip. Yes, we still did ski. We love Crested Butte!!!"

"What a beautiful, cozy condo with top notch amenities throughout - even down to the little things. Humidifiers, noise machines, phone chargers, every cookware and utensil one could ever need, the list goes on! While we didn’t have the luxury of skiing in/out due to lack of snow, the San Moritz private car service did the trick ever day (and even one evening into town). Icing on the cake was an easy breezy check in/out and extremely responsive and warm hosts (Matthew)! We can’t thank you enough for helping us create amazing memories for our families!!!"

"The management team was really nice and helpful when we had car problems on our last day and were stuck in the parking lot for hours. They let us use their tools and were gracious with timing of our check-out."

"The unit is old and dated. The bed was hard and sheets were scratchy. There weren’t enough covers on the bed either. I liked this unit having a dog. Easy to get in and out. "

"There were so many extras! Diane is a SUPER host. House was amazing. We were four families and we fit in the house like a glove. The ski slopes were a very short distance from the house and the snow was groomed right up to our back door on the first day of our trip. We will be back! "
