Blue Horizon 13 Battaleys Mews. Battaleys Mews is a secure gated development ideally located to enjoy everything this wonderful island has to offer, conveniently close to the buzz of historic Speightstown and the sophisticated pleasures of Holetown. The villa is 5 minutes walk to Mullions beach and 10 minutes to Gibbes beach and Godings bay and to restaurants including The Sea Shed and Larry Rogers.
Restaurants are within walking distance in Mullins and a short drive elsewhere along Barbados Platinum Coast
The colonial style perfectly complements the lush tropical grounds and the house offers more than 2,300 square feet of superbly finished and furnished interior spaces, with everything you need to feel perfectly at home during your stay
The spacious, open-plan living and dining areas make it easy to enjoy the carefree, inside-outside life with family and friends. There’s comfortable sofa seating, TV and wi-fi with DVD/blu ray player, seating for six in the dining area, and french doors open onto a covered patio with private spa pool and garden, complete with outdoor furniture – armchairs, outdoor table/chairs and sun loungers
There is a ground floor entrance lobby with powder room and the adjacent kitchen is fully fitted with integrated appliances, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. It also includes a coffee maker, blender/juicer and toaster
A sky-lit, curved staircase rises through the heart of the house and leads to three bedrooms on the first floor, each with wardrobes and air conditioning. The master suite is 257 square feet with a king-sized bed and private balcony and large bathroom finished in Travertine limestone, with a bath and walk-in shower. Bedroom Two has a queen-sized four-poster and Bedroom Three has twin beds.
At the front of the house is a driveway with ample room for two cars.
There is a beautiful communal pool and clubhouse and a hard tennis court. The communal areas also include a children’s play area and picnic areas as well as a gym
The house offers very high quality accommodation and is ideal for families or groups of friends.

13 Little Battaleys

The property is spotless : very clean and tidy and in excellent condition and the facilities on site are superb. It is only a 10 minute short walk down the hill to Mullins Beach. The property is in the midst of other residential properties. Do not use Google maps to direct : it will take you down a rough road to the property : keep on ABC highway until a main junction takes you down into Speightstown.
