Pro#3-This location is safe (police station right around the corner). Unit is only a few mins off the highway and downtown is about 30 mins away. Shower water presser is even great!-Pro#5-Dollar general Family dollar are both close if you forgot anything Walmart is maybe 15 mins...

「Well cared for property with nice upgrades! Perfect for our stay, everything we needed, and accommodating. 」

「The house was clean (spotless) and everything was as advertised and welcoming. The 3-bedroom was plenty for my family and the beds were comfortable. John was easy to communicate with as well. We just stayed the night this time but if needed we'll definitely consider renting from him again.」

「Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. The house does have the amount of beds to sleep the listed amount of guests. The place would benefit from having enough bath towels for the number of guests it can accommodate. I took my own towels after reviewing a previous post. Extra toilet paper and plenty of hand soap in bathrooms would be nice as well. The other recommendation would be more chairs to eat at a table...

「The house is in a great location with an easy walk to the covered slip. The house was clean with plenty of room for a larger group. The two bedrooms, two bathroom and pull out sofa in the basement was perfect for the younger members of our group! The host was quick to answer any questions we had and super friendly. Would very much like to go back to stay again!」

「Clean huge cabin for a girls getaway! We loved it and the host was great. No issues. Very pretty view and neighborhood. Marinara 10 min drive away for great food to get out!」
