The Pajara is a typical building of the Salento region, completely renovated and combining rustic simplicity with modern comfort. It consists of a single mezzanine where, in the lower part, there is the living room, the well-equipped kitchenette, the bathroom with shower and, in the upper part, reached by a wooden staircase, there is the double bedroom. The completely renovated typical Salento home 'La Pajara de la Urpe' is located just outside Specchia and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday for couples. Privacy and relaxation are assured among the typical Mediterranean flora. The 38 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, air conditioning as well as a TV.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden, an open terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Privacy and relaxation are guaranteed by the walled garden surrounded by typical Mediterranean flora.

The natural swimming pool in Marina Serra (rock) is 10 km away, and the 'Maldives of Salento' in the Marina di Pescoluse (sand) is 16 km away. Specchia, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy is only 3 km away.

Ein Traum für Zwei!

Pros: Ein paradiesischer Garten, eine äusserst gastfreundliches und zuvorkommendes Ehepaar, dass keine Wünsche offenlässt. Wer Erholung und Ruhe sucht, ist hier wunderbar aufgehoben. Und trotzdem ist man schnell an den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Region. Cons: Alles perfekt!
