「The house was clean and had been updated. Good space for parking and an excellent quiet neighborhood. The space was not pre-heated for us when we arrived, and it took the first night to get things warmed up. A little hard to manage the temperature with the in wall heaters, space heaters, and no central thermostat. Great water pressure and hot water temperature. 」

「Becky and Gary are the best hosts I have had using a hosting platform. They have a fantastic property in a very scenic area near Mt. Rainier, and it is brand new! All of the amenities including the fireplace, stowaway ceiling fan, and flat screen TV elevated our experience while staying at their rental. 「The property was close to Tacoma General Hospital, a plus. Parking was terrible. I got a parking ticket while unloading our car. It was a very hot evening and neither air conditioner upstairs in the bedrooms worked. The stairs to the bathrooms upstairs are difficult for anyone at all mobility impaired (like my wife) to navigate. We won’t be going back. We won’t count on Expedia ratings and descriptions so readily either.」

「We had a great stay. The space is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you might need. Described online as a kitchenette, but it has all the appliances, including a small range for baking or cooking. They even had breakfast goods in the refrigerator, including yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, coffee and English muffins so there is something for breakfast the first morning. Also, the neighborhood is very quaint. Will definitely be back!」

「The place was great the location was perfect for us. The kitchen was nice with tea and we made eggs each morning. The living room is large and comfortable. You can tell the hosts is very thoughtful in the details. They were very attentive to questions. My only issue is the beds and pillows were very firm. The mattress were too firm for my liking. I did get used to them as the days went on so it would be a comfortable foam mattress if you like firm. I just prefer hybrid medium mattresses. 」
