Beautiful old farmhouse in a country setting. This property was perfect for our stay visiting family for the holidays. The home was spacious and well stocked. The property is a well kept farm in a good location just outside of town. The house was very clean and we loved the history throughout the home. Will definitely stay again.

Nice home away from home. Gracious host and house had everything we needed! We drove up to go to the Springfield fair and attend a concert. House was outside of the city but easy to get to and conveniently located. Quiet peaceful and relaxing weekend.

Adorable farmhouse

We had a wonderful stay at this country farmhouse. It accomodates a large group easily and was quiet, spacious, squeaky clean, and well equipped. Linda was great at responding quickly to any questions. Loved enjoying group meals in the central kitchen and dining room with antique table. Felt like home! Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Quick trip to area

Linda’s house was perfect for our quick trip to visit family in Taylorville. It has all the charm of an old farmhouse but is well maintained and extremely clean. Our three year old loved visiting the pumpkin barn. Linda was quick to respond after we left and thought we had forgotten something at the home. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious Country Antique Home with huge rooms!!!1918

We all had movie nights and played hide and seek. You could take a break from family and friends in any of the bedrooms. We all loved. Grown kids did take a walk. The owner was wonderful. We truly felt blessed to have her!!!!!!

Farmhouse with star filled sky & peeping tree frogs was the retreat we needed on a trip of consecutive days of driving. Ample space for family to spread out, unwind, and make food. The house was well stocked with extras that made us feel special and right at home at the same time.
