「Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...

「First a couple of positives, the house was in a nice, quiet subdivision. The owner has someone nearby to respond to problems. The house appeared to be as clean as possible. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but the coffee pot leaked.However, the house was neither cozy nor beautiful as described by the owner.
