「My room was on the 3rd floor I had Luke warm water-not hot in both the shower and sink. I tried to use the room phone to notify the front desk but the land line did not work after numerous attempts. 「I explicitly asked the manager at the front desk when I reserved a room if the hot tub was open, and she told me yes. So I booked a room at that hotel completely based on that. After we checked in, we immediately got unpacked and suited for the hot tub, and it was closed for maintenance.
