The step into the shower was too high and we had to buy a step to get in it and also the floor surface was very slippy . "We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room.... We were also shown the fire escape so.we didn't have to walk out suitcases through the hotel. The shower was great, the bed comfy... The cafeterias near the coffee machine downstairs were a great idea as the coffee machine wasn't working. Can recommend and will definitely be booking again if we're in Dorchester"
