I stayed with a few friends for a girls weekend. The house was perfect for our stay and was very clean. Close to wineries and restaurants. We enjoyed the backyard with a wonderful view and even walked up the road to a small beach on the sound. The owner was very responsive and even left us a bottle of wine upon our arrival. We had another fantastic vacation staying at the house. The location cannot be any better, only a few minutes walking distance from the beach. The house has a yard that faces the lake, we wake up to birds and bunnies in the yard. It's close to the wineries and restaurants. House is clean, and enough for family of 5. This is a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. More than enough room for us (2 couples), comfortable beds, large living room to relax in and you can't beat the yard and the views. Short walk to a lovely beach and close to lots of places to shop, eat & drink. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return!

Beautiful location overlooking the water just a five minute walk from the beach. House was cozy and clean. Neighboorhood is very quiet. Location is very close to all the best wineries, local shops and even a goat farm with amazing cheeses. I highly recommend this home.

As it was our first trip to the area we loved everything about our stay at Pindar’s. He was so accommodating in every way and the home suited our needs perfectly. Situated on a lake with an occasional swan swimming by and a short walk to the beach on Long Island Sound the location was perfect. The house had every amenity we needed and we enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the lake from the Adirondack chairs. The home is near the many area wineries and farm stands. Just a perfect place in a perfect location.

The property owner was able to communicate with me, but it was impossible for me to respond to the property owner. Nice place. Beautiful view. My wife is in a wheelchair and the space was very tight for maneuvering the wheelchair.
