「I am a regular guest of the Holiday Inn, Abbots Lane, Colchester and have always found the hotel both inviting and comfortable. The staff are excellent and always friendly and helpful. I’ve dined in the restaurant on many occasions and the meals have all been excellent with a wide variety of menu choices. I would highly recommend a stay here! 」

「Lovely quiet and massive grounds covered in nature and very well kept, the accomodations were lovely and everything whilst on the higher end price wise was worth every penny. Would happily return. Some of the staff really set the hotel apart by being more accomodating than most 」

「We loved it here, had a a good couple of nights with friends. Beautiful apartment, amazing mattresses and pillows, very quiet environment. The pool wasn’t open and some work was happening but you can tell it’s going to look amazing once they put it all together and summer prep work is expected at this time of year. Kara was fab and we met a super helpful housekeeper who is doing a degree who was a literal walking tourist information centre. Great atmosphere all round .」
