"It is an ok place. Nice and comfortable beds and sheets. The towels are pretty rough and not soft at all. This is my second time staying there, So obviously two different rooms. The showers are very weird. More like a bathroom faucet with a shower head sticking out of the bottom of the faucet. The pressure is weak too. Both times I have been there, the pool and the hot tub have brownish rings around the sides, I would never step foot in either one. The breakfast is simple and easy. I would love it if they had hard boiled eggs or something like that. But it is still all free. The staff had always been great. "

"We had a great time! The staff was very friendly , rooms smelled nice and clean, the beds were comfy- the kids loved the pool! Only flaw was children under 16 not allowed in hot tub but other than that we had a great stay! "

"We will definitely go back there when there is a show to watch at the Spire Center. We talked about coming back for two nights next time. How cool is it to drive up to your hotel door and walk right in! People want convenience and that’s what you provide. We are sorry we missed breakfast as they stopped serving at 10 am, but that was no fault of Best Western. Excellent!"

"This was such a wonderful place to stay! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our questions/ clarifications were answered in under 15 mins by the host and we had no issues checking in and checking out. We brought 6 dogs (5 tiny & 1 big) and they loved it. It was easy to let them out & clean up after them. Unfortunately there is was a bacteria in the lake so we didn’t get to enjoy it but it was beautiful to look at. About 15 mins away was a dog friendly beach that we took advantage of. The yard was very private and overall the area was quiet & safe. The house was very close to numerous grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. This house is a gem & we will definitely be returning. "

"We enjoyed the back yard oasis with the pet friendly fenced in back yard, Clear Pond access and walking trails. Location was in a friendly neighborhood, and close to the Harbor for seafood dining and attractions. Very relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere."
