Hotel Colorado

"I brought guests from out of state here to have a true Colorado experience. We were not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful with smiles on their faces at each encounter. The room was clean and the property kept in pristine condition. We spent a relaxing evening on the lawn, enjoyed perusing the historical photographs throughout the first floor and reading the history since its origins. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant and it was also top notch. We will definitely be back."

"I enjoyed my brief stay but can't give it 5 stars. Check in was slow. The cabin was very nice but the internet didn't work well and kept shutting down. I found the property rather confusing. The parking lot was for a Holiday Inn with check in for the cabins in the shop off to the side. Then you had to drive around the Holiday Inn to arrive at the cabin."

"This is a lovely stay, but it is definitely low-to-no frills. They have 2 pools and a hot tub, but they close at 9:30. They have a continental breakfast, but it is VERY underwhelming. It is a good proximity to Estes Park attractions and shopping including just around the corner from The Stanley Hotel. Good spot, but I think I'll make a different choice next time."
