Located in the heart of the golfing paradise only 5 miles from Pinehurst Center and just minutes from the restaurants and shops in downtown Southern Pines, this luxury vacation rental offers easy access to some of the best moments you can create in the area.

As for the titled relaunch, the property was formerly one of the top vacation rentals in the area, and the owners are taking over property management directly to offer premium service for our guests starting October 1, 2024. This requires a new listing, but we can assure you that your vacation will be absolutely pristine!

This house comes stocked with amenities to create an amazing experience for your group both on and off the course. One of the main highlights of this vacation rental is the private golf simulator and professional outdoor chipping and putting facility. Whether you want to improve your swing, play games like closest to the pin and compete with friends through the night, or simply enjoy playing some of the world's most famous courses, the simulator is the perfect way to do it in the comfort of your own home.

The outdoor pool is seasonal and open from the months of May to September which is a great place to unwind after a long day on the course. And for those who want a little more privacy, the private fenced-in yard provides a secluded oasis perfect for grilling or just hanging out.

Back Inside, the large open concept kitchen allows you to entertain and even dine at home if you want a break from the hustle and bustle, with double ovens and a fully stocked kitchen. Granite countertops wrap the fully equipped appliances and breakfast bar providing a welcome opportunity for informal dining.

The kitchen is completely stocked with all cooking and dining essentials that you’ll need to create up your favorite family recipes. There is ample seating for everyone in your group to enjoy meals together. There is a formal dining table (seats 10) and bar top seating (seats four) in the kitchen and dining area. Just outside of the kitchen is a outdoor patio dining table (seats 6) or an upstairs patio dining table (seats 6), which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee while overlooking the outdoor estate as your friends warm up on the putting greens.

Next to the dining room is a cozy sunroom, which is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or diving into a good book.
